Details:

As of right now, these builds do not include Hover. The ParanoidAndroid team is still cleaning up the source code and will release it when they see fit. As soon as they do, I'll include it in my builds. These builds do, however, include both Pie and Peek.

I've been making nightly builds of ParanoidAndroid for a while, and I figured I might as well share them for anyone who's interested. Whatever changes are officially merged in the PA gerrit are in these nightlies. However, I started these builds because I wanted to use Halo, even though the PA team doesn't like Halo anymore. I know I'm not the only one. I hope you all don't mind!

Some people are interested in just the latest nightlies with the merged codes from the gerrit, though, and if that's what you guys want - let me know! I already do Vanilla builds in my Nexus 5 thread, but those don't seem as popular so I won't waste time on them if nobody wants it.

I didn't change anything from the PA team, so the kernel and everything else is the PA team's work. Depending on the latest merges, I may or may not edit a few lines so that Halo still works with the newest changes.

If you particularly enjoy these builds, and you find yourself feeling generous, feel free to buy me a beer with my donation link. If not, I'm just happy knowing some of you guys like these.

In the interest of full disclosure, I do not own this device. I wish I did, but I do not. If I upload a broken build, please let me know immediately. I'll take it down and get it fixed. However, the ROM is built and tested and it should be smooth sailing from here on out.

I pull directly from here for most of it: http://github.com/AOSPA-legacy
For my changes, see my github: http://github.com/jabza-
The changes I use for the Moto X are in the two projects "legacy_frameworks_base" and "legacy_packages_apps_Settings"

1. Do a nandroid backup (enter recovery -> backup)
2. Wipe system, data, and cache
3. Flash ROM + Gapps
4. Reboot and enjoy

Coming from official ParanoidAndroid or an older nightly
1. Do a nandroid backup
2. Flash ROM

Note: I won't build and upload a new nightly if there's nothing new to add. If there isn't a new nightly for the day, then check the gerrit before PMing me to ask for a new build.

Screenshots:
These are screenshots from my Nexus 5; if one of you Moto X users cares to send me screenshots, I'll put them here
Also, they are large screenshots. They're 1080x1920.

Thanks/credits:
cartmenicus, for testing it on his device and giving me logcats
ParanoidAndroid team and anyone who helps them

Note: if you see anything in the open section of the gerrit that you want in a build, PM me and I'll try my best to get you your very own build with it included.

Same no speaker phone issue?

If it's in the current PA builds, it's probably in this one too. Unless they've merged some fix for it since their last release, it's there. Since their legacy branch is based off of CM, it's hard for me to keep up with all the commits, though.

You should be able to bake them right into the build... Just replace them in the systemui before you build.

ive never gotten zipthemer to work... But if you get one working by all means post it

Are the speech bubbles correct .9s cause they got stretched out when put in the nodpi folder.

Sent from my Moto X using Tapatalk
They're the exact same files as the originals. I only changed the color of them in Photoshop.

What do you mean by stretched? Got a screenshot?

Do you mind if I use them in my Nexus 5 build I post tonight as well? I'll be sure to give you credit.

I'll take another shot at the speech bubbles ... Do either of you guys know where those damn green and red notification bubbles are located? I can't find them for the life of me.

I don't. Have a screen but the speech bubble is just super stretched out.
