i think not. You have to wait for official release of android 10, or flash from magisk anx camera(portrait broken) , or if you activate wide lens from google cam , you ll have to change selinux to permissive(not recommended)

I think you forget to mention flashing (patchnofde10)
I get into bootloop so i tried another method of flashing which worked for me

* Wipe data, Cache & Dalvik , And system
* Flash rom
* Flash recovery again
* Leave it to reboot itself
* Flash Gapps (if any)
* Flash Magisc (if you want root)
* Flash patchnofde10 (to disable force encryption)
* Reboot to system.
