Havoc OS is rom based on aosp with tons of features whereas lineageOS rom which is without any customisations.

But both are best it depends upon ur taste whether u want to go with cust or just want to feel stock android.

Amazing ROM, it is running so smoothly. I haven't encounter any bugs or problems so far. In my opinion, it is way better than Lineage OS.
