I ported AOKP 4.2 from the sprint gnexus using this as a base and data is working perfectly. 3g, i dont have lte coverage

Unofficial cm10 wouldn't be right, because I have modified the sources to have aokp clock, colorized toggles, alternate app picker,... I just didn't do anything to get it working for your device, as I don't own it.
Because I only used code from github (even not code review), i thought it would be ok to release it.
As you can see, it wasn't ok. I am going to talk to noobnl and wait for his ok now.

Not yet, and certainly not officially.

It's only been a few days since 10.1 has been in a bootable state, and even less with a "working" RIL. However there's many patches/features from CM 10.0 that still need to be merged, and thus, existing builds are broken in many ways. Furthermore, some of the problems encountered in 10.1 builds (broken LTE and roaming) persist when reflashing to CM 10.0 or even a stock ROM, unless the relevant settings are manually reset.

It's for the above reasons that we have not released 10.1 nightlies or test/preview/experimental builds, it's simply not ready yet.

And yes, all the code is "out in the open". Folks can make personal builds of 10.1, and of course, are responsible for dealing with the consequences of any broken features. However until things can be shaped up a bit more such that it will work reasonably-reliably for others, or at least not cause persistent problems after a reflash, we would prefer that folks don't release any 10.1-derived ROMs just yet.

I don't think AOKP has a 10.1, check the AOKP thread if you want to use AOKP.

There had been some issues with custom vsync. I didnt want to post it, while unsure if this is fixed.
