gallery edit always force close..coming from full wipe fresh bake..
This bug is not related to this ROM.

Unfortunately this is a known CM10.1 issue. You can look at the official CM threads...this has been discusses a lot recently (including today).

People are using alternative editors. Nothing I can do until CM decides to fix it..sorry. This issue exists in all current N7000 CM Roms.

adb push files
look at a logcat
etc.

I know there are other ways to do every one of these things. That is not the point.

And you don't have issues with doing this on other CM10.1 ROMs? Just trying to troubleshoot

I just restored a nandroid of this ROM and hooked it to my Linux machine and was able to do an adb push

I will try a clean install later and see what happens when I try on my Macintosh... I am working right now.

Thanks for the help testing.

Nope, never had such issues over 50 or more ROMs on three different Android phones.

ok let me do a clean install on my phone tonight and I will try to figure out whats going on. Something else may need to be merged into the git.
ADB definitely works on my other builds (i.e., sgt7, etc) and oddly worked when I restored an older nandroid of this.

Let me see if I can figure it out and get back to you,

Thanks for taking the trouble to look into this. I flashed the NX kernel and now adb does work. As a bonus, performance is brilliant :)

Thanks for the info that's useful. I will get back as soon as i can, I have something IRL that came up

EDIT: still haven't gotten to checking it out yet. Nevertheless, I assure you I am planning to look into it as soon as I can. I will be updating within the next week with a repaired updater script and other bug fixes.

Ouch, now getting spontaneous reboots every once in a while.
Maybe it's the NX kernel.. I haven't tampered much with the performance settings.

Are you in NX 1.38+? Because I'm seeing that issue all over NX Thread

So here's the deal:
I am spreading myself too thin right now with real life and trying to support too many ROMs at once.
As a result, I am unable to improve other things I am working on. Therefore, I am having this thread locked until I figure out what to do.
Thanks for your understanding
J
