My GF just told me that she'sexperiencing the same ting.

So ATM:
vibration cant be turned off
gps locates wrong coordinates (at least on this legend)

What else?

Im not sure for gps but for sms notifications, im pretty sure it is the problem with Mms.apk... As for now, i'm using cm7 Mms.apk as workaround (working correctly at least for me)

To those with telephony issues, disabling 'Number Attribution Search' in call settings fixed my problem of incoming calls not appearing.

Ive taken the liberty to collect and use the gr8 work of 'urmitnick' and 'feed3' and created a ROM which im testing ATM. Ive modified the ROM on page 7, post 68 created by 'urmitnick' and added all the apk's that 'feed3' have posted.

Nah, it has the stock Gingerbread keyboard. The ROM works great as is, although I do encounter some random reboots when using WiFi. It's not a dealbreaker as was the not being to pick up a call issue, so I'm now a happy MIUI user.

just flash it like a rom. its actually force assisted GPS to work and that will help in the gps fixing.simple but effective.

For anyone feels annoyed by the vibration issues (sms notifications, adding widgets etc), install and use VibraFix, it should help..

i installed the tweaked version, changed language to english (united states), rebooted and settings still remained half english half chinese :S
