This ROM is the stock Google Play Edition Rom with added tweaks and visual differences. My aim for this is to keep it as stock android looking as possible, but to include all device specific features (Nexus 5 for example)​

Features:
  • Removed Stock SMS app and replaced it with Hangouts.
  • Added Google Experience Launcher as default.
  • Transparent status bar on lock screen as well as home screen.
  • Stock 4.4.2 kernel w/ ro.secure=0 (root permissions)
  • ART capability
  • Rooted
  • Added adaway Host file

Requirements
  • GSM HTC One (m7ul/m7tmo/m7att)
  • S-OFF
  • CWM 6.0.4.3+

Installation instructions
  1. Download Rom zip from 3rd post.
  2. Copy to the root of your phone storage
  3. Reboot into recovery and flash
  4. Click disable recovery flash on reboot
  5. Set up and enjoy :D

Awesome. Just what I am looking for.

ART should work fine so long as the ROM is odexed (not deodexed).

Will definitely give this a shot. Downloading now - will post any issues. (Stock 4.4 GPe now)
