You can't plan an RUU. It has to be leaked from HTC.

My cid 11111, i flash i HTC Part 1 3.32 Unlocked: http://goo.gl/Fda4p firmware, do a full wipe and instal rom from recovery. But my phone constantly restart on boot, it just show white htc screen and restart. What i am doing wrong?

i have bootloops.. and s-off.. what if i try to unlock bootloader from htc dev again ? i have the code.bin file.. will it have any effect ?

you don't have nothing to lose
but already you had the patched hboot before and it didn't worked(booting roms)
try it and see how it goes

well i unlocked it, and again installed old gb RUU 1.50 .. then universal 3.32 with later hbott 1.29.. then i installed.. hd revoloution 7.3 .. it booted once to homescreen but cannot go further.. all blackout except statusbar i can se battry sigh and another sigh. tried other rom. even stock 3.32.401 rom still bootloops
