Older versions W1-U34 can be flash using QPST but Huawei released new updated version U34 (I do not know the exact date) and files available on the internet do not work.

If your W1-U34 works with QPST you can try flash this ROM

imho, you need sign with an account that subscribed the insider program.
It worked for me...

this option is only for who have many email accounts .
you have to use the email address that you have signed up with it in Insider Program at :
insider.windows.com
it will allow you to correct email address that you have entered in the app .

Hey guys, I somehow messed up my phone here... I accidently deleted the SYSTEM registry file, thinking that the REGBACK folder would have a backup, and well, apparently no... Could someone send me his SYSTEM reg file please, eventually the one modified to get W10?

I was on Windows 10, but the update wouldn't install due to insufficient free space. hard reset wouldn't fix the problem.
I flashed 1.32 over Windows 10, but the insider update fails to install, due to insufficient free space. Strange enough, storage mode was still available.

Could you please check it the partition size can be rearranged in order to allow the new update?

Could you please explain how you got W10? I modified some values in SYSTEM reg as in OP but I get error when installing the update which states that the update was downloaded but could not be opened.

I'm so sorry because it's the very first time I try to install a custom rom on a WP device. I have a couple of question because I do not really understand the main post. The first step should be (question are B in the quote)

a) Download ROM and Flash tool -Ok, just click on the link and download-
b) Run "HWDiagnosticApp (##2846579#) ", turn on "Diag settings" and reset phone. -I understood that while I was writing I have to type (##2846579#) and then turn on Diag Settings -
c) Run Flash Tool , select ROM file / Config XML and click "Scan && Download". -Flash Tool and ROM are inside the zip file no problem, will I have to install some driver when I connect the phone to the PC?-
d) Now your phone should reset and start in download mode. -Is that an automatic process? Will I have to disconnect it from the PC-
e) When phone displays 100%, and the inscription OK. The process of flashing rom is complete. Now you need Reset the phone (press power button on 15 sec or remove battery). Flash tool displays information about the bad file FFU, just ignore it .

a) Download latest ROM + WP8CRUU, link at the bottom of the page.
b) Run device in mass storage mode -Ok, this is "cam" + "vol -" but will I also need to connect it to the PC right?-
c) Run WP8CRUU.exe and follow the instructions in the program.

Agreed on all three counts. Not being able to place maps on SD is the only flaw in v1.32. Well done WojtasXDA! FYI: when I first upgraded my W1 from a jailbroken (rBreakout) WP8 to 8.1 dev preview I retained Map2SD capability. So it should (?) be possible to implement in 8.1 somehow. That or modify a Storage Check Beta to install/run on the W1.
