How do I get the Germans language files? Have successfully flashed but it only go English Russian. Storage also works.

@WojtasXda So the Huewei flash process uses Qualcomm Download Mode to flash....interesting!

The HTC 8x has a hard-key combination that will put it into this mode....It looks like your huewei flasher can be modded to flash to the 8X (Same mode, different chipset) hopefully I will have some time this weekend to try a few things. Do you have any info on how to inflate/repack the app file?

Unable to flash step 1

WojtasXda, thank you for this ROM!

Unfortunately I'm unable to flash the first step.
When clicking "Scan && Download" I'm getting "Firmware (HandShake Fail)".
The application is trying to flash on COM19: "Qualcomm WinMobile Diagnostics 319B".

The phone is a Huawei W1-U00
OS version: 8.0.10517.150
OS Revision: 1030.5612.22500.05600
Hardware Revision: HD1U8835M Ver.B
SOC-version: 8230

I tried entering download mode manually by holding down VOL+ and Power.
Got "UEFI USB Simple Windows Phone I/O Protocol" in device manager.
When clicking "Scan && Download" I got another error: "Download Fail, Unexcepted Feedback Value!" (yes, it says "unexcepted")

If anyone have an idea what could be wrong I would be very grateful. I bought this phone just to test the custom ROM.

I finally managed to flash step 1 after resetting the bootloader using the following guide:

I have a U34 (with wp8.0 GDDR1), any chance it will work or can you make another version for it too, plus the download link is not working, any alternate.

Edit- I tried flashing a stock U00 and U34 GDDR2 English rom but got HandShake Fail.

You don't have to wait until WojtasXda posts step 2, here's how to install GDR3:

1. register as developer on http://appstudio.windowsphone.com
2. Install Preview for developers app
3. Update to GDR3 using Preview
4. Install EnableAllSideloading XAP: http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=2258633&d=1379229845

To get 3 rows of tiles, use WPH Tweaks: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2486387

first excuse for my bad english!

I added it to come now geschaft on GDR3 Including German language so it is really a super thing .... unfortunately Nevertheless goes no play eg Nova3 and also go just a few tweaks since WPHTweaks was probably designed more for Samsung. The File Explorer will not work either.

But the very Brilliantly now GDR3 goes with German language and also the 3 column is finally unlocked.

Very good work and a big thank you.

whenever I click download to fix bootloader in EMMC Software tool, I get an error Image download failed.Cookie (if present) not received. Any idea how to fix it

Edit: Could it be due to my phone being sim locked

I managed to get GDR3 installed using myst02's guide, but I enabled interop unlock between step 3 and 4:

However, after the GDR3 update I still got only Eng/Rus/Ch display language. How do I add/enable other languages after the GDR3 update?

I have one question regarding Windows Phone 8.1. Your ROM is obviously GDR2 based and we can update using the Developer Preview-program. But, will we receive Windows Phone 8.1 through Developer Preview if we don't have Retail GDR3?
