So... I was success unpacking language files from my Lumia 520, here's guide how to install it . But keep in mind that I've not tested it because I haven't got a W1, it should work, and also if fail, you can't brick your phone.

The Ascend W1 should be connected to computer in mass storage mode. Copy the folder in the zip file at Windows\System32. Then apply the following registry entries:

"nl-NL\Voice"=sz:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\SPEECH\Voices\Tokens\MSTTS_V110_enUS_ZiraM
"nl-NL\VoiceGender"=hex:1

@nilezon: For Swedish you need to use sv-SE instead of nl-NL and:

 hex:041D

, not

 hex:413

 sz:svenska

, not

 sz:Netherlands

Now language should appear, if you apply it, all should be in this lang, except the voice, I will work on that

IMPORTANT: Don't write "sz:" and "hex:"!! They are only there for know what kind of key to make!!!
All keys must be created! They are not there, you must create it!

I couldn't get it working.
The registry key you pointed out seemed wrong, so I tried the following one instead:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Speech\UXLanguages\Tokens\sv-SE

The language will still not show up in the UI language selection menu.

Did you copy language folder in Windows\System32? I know the registry key is wrong, I meant this key, thanks
It doesn't work? OK. In a few hours I will post a laaaaarge registry file, extracted from PDALang from HTC HD2 WP7, keys should be the same, just need to apply. Thank you for trying, I'm going to solve problems

I could drag out polish language from GDR1 rom and copy it into GDR3. Are all pl-pl folders should be moved?

Uff... I have now custom wp8.1 with firmware 20900 and all langs. To upgrade the ROM to 8.1 I had to change partition sizes. It was hard but I managed to do it I wanted to announce this information two days ago but my device is broken... I doesnt have access to memory ;/ Jtag dosent help, eh... I see info in mass storage mode "write protection" .

I need a new device.... ;/

1 . I got 8.1 for the first custom on Wednesday, and did not change sections. You can see my files, I get them uploaded to the cloud. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2752705
2. The update 8.1 is available on all custom , and firmware.
3How you killed the phone? It cannot be killed. Because you can always Flash it.
4 have you riff box or jtag?

Do you mean BOOT? Yes, I think I have a small 2MB dump. I will post it in the evening.

Ok, here it is. I have dumps from 2 boot partitions, I've packed both into a zip file. These files are NOT from a W1, this is a boot dump from my Lumia 520! Hope this is helpful for you
