Ill strongly recommend skyking rom becouse there are downlaod link probliem. I will try to get update 29 some how but im not 100% sure. If i get it i will upload it.

is it possible to bake the setting menu with colored icons like the samsung phones, im willing to dot it myself just tell me how.:cyclops:

Not sure about what you mean by "Colored icons", but you can apply CM7 themes and change all the icons, including notifications icons.

I am using a u8100 and I noticed that the softkeys have become almost completely unresponsive. The back button still kind of works but the home and menu buttons don't seem to work anymore. I also noticed that the screen isn't calibrated properly. Other than those issues it is probably the best rom I've tried so far and I love the huawei launcher that comes with it.

Recalibrate:

Anryls CM7 Thread with app doesn't seem to work (where you can find the calibration install) :(, but I have the needed file on my SD. Install from CWM.

Thank you soo much! Everything works perfectly, only problem on my phone are (u8110):
1.Green screen (fixed by turning off rotate animation)
2.Battery drain
3.FM Radio

About SD card,i know i have to format it but in what file system? (ext2,ext 3 or fat32)And will nandroid backup from cwm 1.8.1.4 work with 5.0.2.3?

Can someone please give me a working link or upload update 28 for me, The GPS signal doesn't seem to work in update 29 :(

    Replace the file with RootExplorer in system/media and set the same permissions. Reboot

    How to disable Boot Sound
    Method 1- open RootExplorer app, and browse to system/ and open with text editor the build.prop file. scroll to # ADDITIONAL_BUILD_PROPERTIES and look for persist.sys.nobootsound=1 and replace 1 with 0. Save and close.
    Method 2- open RootExplorer in system/media/ and delete poweron.ogg file.

    How to change MAC adress
    Method 1- open Terminal Emulator app, type "su" to enter superuser mode, then type this line of code:
    echo 1a:2b:3c:4d:5e:6f > /system/wifi/softmac (write your own mac-adress found inside the phone in the battery case)
    Method 2- open RootExplorer in system/wifi/ and open softmac file with text editor and write your own the mac-adress, save and close.
