Super excited to try this out! I just switched back to my s4 until my pixel gets here so thanks so much! Might be a silly question but as long as I give it a full wipe/ reset, (and have updated recovery) there's no reason why I wouldn't be able to go strait from 4.4 to marshmallow right? Can't hurt trying I guess. Already made backup just waiting for download/ full charge. I'll report back. Thanks!

Holly smokes! I can't believe that this exists for this device! What a treat! Thank you so much! Everything was smooth on the install. Battery life out of the gate is really great. So fast! So clean! Anyone with a rooted s4 (I think only non safe strap folks can do this) it's totally worth it! Thanks again!

I'm in the same boat, i337m stock 5.0.1, rooted, TWRP 3.0.2-0 for jflteatt and also tried with jfltecan version, error 7. As many threads suggest, I've tried deleting the assert line in the updater-script file, with no results

sgh-i337m with stock 5.0.1 /was/ rooted with Odin3 but when I tried to do the nandroid backup with TWRP, I ended up corrupting System UI and was forced to do a factory recovery. So now that my phone is a blank slate again, how do I properly root it to get the ROM to flash?

Hi,
I flashed this rom yesterday and used the mobile hotspot. Unfortunately the mobile hotspot keeps switching wifi channels every time I turn it on and what I need to connect to it has a limited range of wifi channels it can connect to.
Is there a way to make the wifi channel static at 1 so it broadcasts at that everytime? I could not find such an option in the menu whereas the stock rom had it.

Titanium Backup

I am loving your ROM so far but I have hit a snag in restoring my data. Titanium Backup Pro is currently installed and it wants USB Debugging turned on. I have done this many times but cannot seem to locate the option in Resurrection Remix & searching online turned up nothing. What am I missing?

I just found the ADB debug option which of course is the same thing .... Doh!

I could have saved a few hundred dollars if I had found this about 2 weeks ago. My wife has been carrying my old S4 (on a GPE 5.1.1) and she had an issue with the capacitive buttons on the display being intermittant. Got her a Nexus 5X international to be her daily carry.

If I had known about this ROM, I could have given her quite an update.

I installed with opengapps nano and this ROM takes up about 7.2gb of the internal. WOW! Plobby the biggest ROM I've ever used.

Charging this with a known very good charger and cable, I am getting a "Charging slowly" on the lockscreen. I know this charger can output 1800mA, how do I get this device to charge faster? Could it be a hardware issue on mine?

Trying to install this rom on my i337m (bell canada). twrp 3.0.2-0 keeps giving me an error (7) that says i have the wrong phone. I thought this rom was compatible with i337m?
