Trying to install this rom on my i337m (bell canada). twrp 3.0.2-0 keeps giving me an error (7) that says i have the wrong phone. I thought this rom was compatible with i337m?

You meant install TWRP for jfltexx or jflteatt. I can personally vouch for running as jfltexx works well.

ROM appears to have no mirrors.

At least, for me in Canada, I've tried downloading twice from two separate locations/IP's in Canada and it can't find any mirrors.

Any chance we're able to get an additional mirror somewhere?

Perhaps someone can upload it to MEGA or elsewhere.

EDIT: Nevermind, I got it, kept trying every couple days and mirrors came back online after about a week.

no it does not. the error message clearly states: "this package is for device: jftleatt, jflte; this device is jfltexx"
