Just found out that since im on a network extender in my house it shows the R. Once I shut it off im back in 3G
any word on a camera? ive tried the 4.2 camera and still have no app for camera..
but besides that this will be my daily. ive been running it most of the day with NO problems.

Just curious if this ROM will add in the paranoid stuff later or are they asking that he never includes it??

I believe they're asking that it be installed separately, by the user. It's hard to imagine why that request would change.
Paranoids preferences is closed source and is the core of their rom. They are allowed to ask that it not be included in any roms that aren't strictly paranoid guidelined. If they ever make it open source, I'm sure it could be added then.

Yeah I noticed that's 2 flashes last night half asleep thought I did something wrong. Just gave up and fell asleep.

Experiencing this as well. Camera works fine on paranoid android. Tried replacing /system/cameradata and gallery2.apk with those from PA and still nothing. issue lies elsewhere

Finally found the time to go through this **** and get camera working. Here is a zip just flash in recovery and reboot.

Thanks for that. The camera works but the video camera doesn't. Also, no icon. I'm just using the lock screen camera shortcut and downloaded silent camera. The gallery is a bit buggy but this ROM is very ideal.

That's a tough one to answer easily. It allows you to change the dpi of all your applications individually and to change the mode of your phone (Tablet / Phone / Phablet). I love PA, but it's not quite there yet for the note II. I am using it in PAC Man's rom, but there are also small issues in that rom. Both are good starts and I look forward to updates as they come out.
