I noticed today after installing Xposed and 3 modules, Amplify, YouTube ad free and Grivitybox my battery consumption took a noise dive too. I'm going to have to dig into this a little more to see if that is what caused it. I really don't need to run Xposed anyways.

i have youtube ad free, so maybe that's the one. i was getting a whole bunch of other issues with other xposed modules, namely crappalink and lolistat. lolistat messed up a lot of things. it is supposed to be working on lollipop though. oh well. haven't had xposed enabled all day and getting great battery life. only issue i have now is that sometimes the notification bar doesn't come down when pulled. turning the screen on/off fixes it.

Have you tried Cyanogenmod's gallery that's in the Play Store for free yet? That is the best gallery I have used, just my humble opinion though. I got used to it on my One Plus One, which came with it as it's stock gallery.

Using it now, thanks for the pointer. I was actually having another issue that didn't clarify until tonight, my 64gb sd card failed and was causing multiple issues. Bought it last January, but luckily Sandisk's going to replace it for free.

Still rocking this ROM, getting decent battery life and loving how snappy it is. I do have a few more issues to report.

- Audio: stutters a bit during playback, and shuts off entirely occasionally. Yes, I have disabled Google Now listening. Using Poweramp, and I've tried all the different thread priority settings with no success.

- Strava: GPS works fine, but the motion sensor is messed up, it does not recognize movement properly and fails to auto-pause and start.

- Google Fit: Similar issue with motion sensor. It recognizes walking steps, but I ran five miles yesterday and it did not catch any of it. This might be related to the Strava issue, because I started it at the beginning of my run and that is when Fit seems to have stopped.

Keep up the good work, Team OctOS, really enjoying the ROM!

Random drop of WiFi

Been running this ROM for about a week or so and don't have any real problems with it other than random drops of WiFi connection. This usually happens when I've got it plugged in to recharge overnight. I run Titanium Backup at night and sync to my Dropbox account. Problem is that when WiFi drops, the sync obviously fails. Like I said, not a biggie, just annoying.

BTW, not much seems to be happening here so what exactly is the status of Oct-L?

I was wondering the same thing. This ROM deserves more attention, as it is more stable than the unofficial CM12. I've only had about five random reboots, and most everything else works as expected.

Perhaps the main Dev is on vacation, but I am beginning to be concerned that there is no activity.

The team has been working on updates. We're planning another release soon.

This rom has not produced any insufficiencies that I am aware of.. As far as I can tell it is rock solid. When it comes, and I can surely wait, the updates will be appreciated. The only thing that I see different in some of the other roms that have updated, at least that interested me, was the theme app or engine update and that's it.

Totally agree, this ROM is more stable than my old BeansTown stock ROM. There are a few niggling eccentricities...

- Bluetooth music is wonky, I have to start the player, then have to enable Bluetooth

- The Smart Lock face recognition crashes before it can be set up.

Really, it's great. After reading about the issues that all the other LP ROMs are having, this one is kicking a$$.

I can tell you from trying out all the other lollipop roms for this phone and the ones built for my other devices, and that is a hand full, that the Bluetooth issue is on most of them as well and I'm gathering it is a cm12 issue. Hopefully it doesn't take Cyanogenmod too much longer to figure it out and fix it.

Xfer to SD card?

Is it not possible to move apps to the SD card? Or am I missing something? I've tried doing it through the App Manager and a couple of apps that are supposed to do it for you, but nothing seems to work.

This has to be one of the most stable roms I have ever tried for the 605 TW or not. I've never had luck with ANY aosp rom in the past. After the sms fix (forgot who posted it but thank you very much).

The blank section tentacles --> performance has me kind of curious.

Only bug was I bumped my screen lock button while watching youtube. The preview showed up like usual while playing in the background. Re-locked my phone after the exiting the video and it was still there on the lock screen. Killed the app, and it was still there. Force stopped the app and it was still there. Restarted the phone and it was fixed. I tried to duplicate this again and have been unsuccessful. maybe just a hiccup.

Other than that I haven't had a single problem at all. No reboots, no lag, battery life has been great thank you very much devs.
