There must be something up with just my phone. Everything works now except for data. If I lose my Wi-Fi source, I have no data. I made sure that Wi-Fi was still at least turned on and that I had Verizon picked as network name. I tried the fix posted here earlier using Terminal emulator. Other than that, this is a very nice build and we all appreciate your work.
Just for clarity I used latest philz touch and wiped everything except external SD card. After work I'll try again and get a log if I still have issues.

Did you try this? Every time data drops on my phone, I do this and it works

All you need to do is go to settings >more >cellular networks> Access Point Names> then select the one that just says Verizon. Your data will come back. The issue is that APN's are not sticking

Yes I did that and it is sticking. Even after a reboot it is still on "Verizon". Butt still no data. I am going to flash it again when I get awake here and do a logcat if It still happens. On night shift so takes me a bit to get around.

What radio? I'd nd7 you may want to try mj9. If mj9 may want to try nd7. I've had me luck with mj9. Radio issue of this type might not be completely rom related.

CM12 is awesome!

Just wanted to post my short experiences in case it help's anyone!

Overall, this rom has been great, I flashed the 12/17/14 version using Phils recovery, I don't remember which version exactly, but its a pretty old one. I always have to go into my APN settings after every reboot, but it connects to 4G by itself after that (albeit after a minute or two). I haven't really used the camera yet, but that looks functional. Otherwise, the rom seems very smooth, animations are great and apps load just as quick if not quicker than KitKat, at least so far. MMS works, though, slowly when connected to wifi. I can receive calls and make calls, unless I am connected to wifi. Then I cannot make outbound calls.

Some other oddities that I have run into are that after a reboot or after app installs/updates, I sometimes get an app FC notification popup, several times, usually very quickly. It happens so quick, I can't see what app is causing it.

I'm not sure if bluetooth is working properly, though it does seem to connect and function once connected. But I need to try on other devices.

I tried to add a trusted device via NFC and that causes the settings app to hang or something, I can't use the settings app again until I reboot.

Battery life seems to be pretty good, about what I was getting on CM11 so I am happy there! But its only been a day or two so we will see how things go!

Seems to fix GPS but break other sensors, gyroscope, compass, light sensors seem unresponsive now.

Edit: rebooted and all sensors are working now. Thanks!

After data and gps fixes from this thread, only two issues so far are Bluetooth audio doesn't work in my car, just pauses both Pandora and Google music and maps doesn't do turn by turn audio on Bluetooth. Second thing is camera seems a bit off for focus. Could just be the lighting though.

I'm going to try my Bluetooth headset and see if that works, will report back.

Sorry, I have NOT found a SMS fix.

Sms, Mms all works fine here. I don't think sms is reported not working so it might be on your side only. I would recommend a full wipe and reflash if you didn't do so.

ok break thru....going into carrier settings I get a stop error on the android.phone and the network resets loosing data and only a reboot brings it back and then i get one text outgoing and thats it again. incoming works fine....hmmmmmm
