Yes it must be flashed via Odin as stated in the op and it has changed from the previous version.

Yes, there are only a few posts on this new thread, please read them they will help u greatly. The firmware has been updated per beans post one page back and it must be flashed via odin as stated in the op.

Is this a different modem package than your leaked OTA ROM? Just curious.. I'll flash the new one anyways.

I've had a lot of instability (random lockups forcing battery pulls, random reboots, lots of FCs) and was planning on ODINing back to stock and retrying. Hopefully I'll have better luck with this official ROM. Otherwise 4.3 is worlds smoother than 4.1 was so it's really nice while while it works.

Ok stupid question I gave my note 2 to my she don't want rooted and what not I took the ota downloaded tried to install it took me to twrp where would infind the ota to flash it in twrp

You have to be on stock recovery if you want to take the ota. Or just wait for beans to finish uploading the twrp flushable. Ota will prolly perma lock your bootloader.

Ya but it says something about odin in the op I've flashed plenty of roms just never had to play with odin and where woukd I find a stock recovery and ty for the quick reply

Seems like the same modem and build version to me though.

I'm running the leaked ROM/Modem from Beans previous thread and it's all the same version numbers as in that official OTA screenshot (as well as others in that thread).

I'll still install it though, it can't be much more unstable than it it is right now. Random reboots have been getting worse.

Yet ive had zero and over 90 hours of up time. Its wierd how some phones act different. Id swear the ota leak is totally stable.
