Your Sdcard has got the wrong format What is the size of the Sdcard , more than 64 GB.
For Chrome there is no solution.

Most probably you are using SDcard formated in NTFS
Use fat32 or exfat
On pie or lesser NTFS SDcard are working fine
But on Android 10 it isn't

I have been using lineage-17.1-20200309 on a I9195 for a while, but since several days, I have to deal with severe battery drain. It lasts less than 10h instead of 40h or more before. I tested with a different battery with the same result. I checked the battery page in the settings, there is nothing suspicious, no app is draining the battery. I am very careful with what I install anyway. The phone is warmer than normal, nothing crazy, but sensible. I tried all battery settings, including the "Extreme power saver", but it doesn't make any difference. It looks like the problem is deeper in the system.

Any idea?
Should I update to the latest version? What's the procedure to do that without loosing data? My phone is encrypted, in case that matters.

on serranoltexx i'm experiencing stuck black screen for some minutes latest build cleanedup

for example chrome and opera are triggering this right after app start (something shows on screen) but when loading html screen goes dark and blank with unresponsive device

I don't think that an encrypted phone will help in this version, about the battery I notice that when the phone is used with mobile data got a fast draining, it warm the phone also, if you use your sd card as internal storage it warm the phone, I supposed that is for the constant change of information between the phone and the sd card or maybe for the sd card type.

I use the sd card as external and prefer to use WiFi than mobile data to extend the battery life, remember that is a 1900 mAh battery, this rom works very well but this is an old phone so try to take care of the use to avoid issues, this rom works fine for me and I think it's the best for this device for now.

Thanks for the reply. I actually tested with Wifi and mobile network deactivated, with the same result. I will try without the SD card when I get a chance.

The rom works well for me without blockages or strange behaviors and I use it normally every day.
I have the same problem as everyone with chrome, and I noticed the slowness of the gps to hook the signal.
Today I noticed that despite having 600mb free I cannot update watzhapp (18mb) !! Anyone know why, is it a bug of the rom?

this rom is very good but sometimes the wifi stops working and can't connect or find any wifies, even if i reboot the phone, clear cache, dalvik cache. and the phone becomes slow.
the only way to get wifi working is to do a factory reset.
this problem occurs also after when the blank page happens when using opera.
i appreciate the work, hope that this problem will be fixed.

Or, see if an older ROM works better for you in your older device. I have found that for my purposes with two of my four S4mini's, this AOKP version of Marshmallow works well:

I've got the same issue, but I think with the last Version is it more worse.
Some it help to calibrate the sensors.
Rotate your phone if GPS on 3 times on every axis.
The last time were done it I've got after 1 minute a fix.

If your phone rooted with Magisk than you can install the module GPS fix.

thx for the update again . I am using the i9195 as my daily driver and have no problems with it.No gapps and rooted with magisk 20.4. cheers Jan
