I did dirty flash and strange thing occurred: In apps I found Magisk Manager but I didnt installed this before. v7.2.0 After opening it wants to install full version omitting Play Store (it asks for permission to install from unknown sources). What's happening? Is it bundled in last version of LOS?
Once I had flashed Magisk but i purged it month ago and it was different version.
Do you see a magisk related file in system/addon.d ? Maybe it survived your purge.

Can I build it myself?

If I follow wiki.lineageos.org/devices/serranoltexx/build can I build 16.0 too?
The only options seem to be:
cm-13.0
cm-14.1
I found this github.com/LineageOS/android_device_samsung_serranoltexx repo. Does it contain the source code and everything needed to build 16.0?
Are there any instructions how to build 16.0?

I just installed the 16.0 version and it doesn't detect the sdcard!

You must use ARCO's sources from the first Post to build lineage OS 16.
Los 14.1 was the last official Version by ARCO.

I think that will take a while, yet the ROM is usable, the most annoying thing is the screen going black. I'm waiting for a new release, now I'm back to Los 15.1.
Funny you should say that, I've had the screen go black occasionally even on 15.1. Given that the kernel is an EOLed version last updated in 2016, and the chipset drivers are even older proprietary garbage, not all glitches can be fixed at this point without a rewrite of said drivers for a newer kernel.

You mean that there's no way to fix this bug?

I'll be patient and wait for a stable version.
Maybe I should clarify - the graphics/display drivers are binary blobs, targeted at an old Linux kernel (still used) and old Android versions (long surpassed). No amount of 'improved stability' can fix them without a comprehensive rewrite, and implementing such a driver would effectively force all the other binary blobs to be rewritten as well because all of them won't run on newer Linux kernels. Without a paid team of developers it will never happen, and who wants to pay for the development of new drivers for old Android phones? You're lucky...we're lucky to have newer Android builds at all.

I tried to update my s4mini 9195 yesterday.
I've got an bootloop ,from recovery to LOS logo after 5min.it boots back to recovery.
Tried different thinks, restore boot.IMG to make that it not comes from magisk.
Tried factory reset with wipe cache and dalvik, same bootloop.
Tried without opengapps, same bootloop.
Now I'm restored an old Backup.

If you want , than I will tried again and will create an log from TWRP.

Try to wipe system and flash ROM and all your stuff.
With wipe System it boots but than i have got an google service error.
At first I make an clean install, than install the ROM without gapps , it boots into System.
Than factory reset with Opengapps , bootloop.
With factory reset and Mind the Gapps it boots into System.

I use Los 16 from the first Version and never had an Bootloop, this was the first Time.
