S4 i9506

Hi Guys,
since the Search inside the Thread is down i will just ask.

1. I am getting the S4 i9506 and want to Flash to Omega V25. WILL THIS WORK???

2. I have Omega V19 running on my S4 i9505 it´s all fine but the LTE/WCDMA/GSM selection is not there. Does anyone has an idea or solution to get that selection. I have a LTE provider though.

Glonass problem

Hello everyone,

does anyone else experience problems with GLONASS? My i9505 on omega v23 can see those sats, but it won't lock to them (it uses only GPS instead). This can be

That causes poor navigation performance in some specific cases.

During the installation, there is an option to install it, I think it's at the bottom of the 'Google Apps' section.

The Xposed installer is an optional app in the installation but once the ROM is installed, you need to open it and go to the framework section to install.

i tick the option, but i can't see it in app drawer.

Edit: i tried to copy manually SBrowser.apk and SBrowserTry.apk into System/app but it doesn't work.

    To use Omega Files you need Internet connection and your device to be rooted.
    Browse Omega Files contents and download the files you want to your device.

    Installation:

    Installation Instructions:

    READ BEFORE FLASHING:
    The new Omega is based on Samsung Android firmware and it needs a custom recovery for the installation.
    This mean the knox will be triggered and your warranty will be void, more info:
    All you wanted to know about KNOX Void Warranty 0×1

    Installation for Omega with Lollipop, android 5.0.1:
    1. Backup your device (nadroid backup, titanium backup, efs backup ... etc) and save the backup to a safe place.
    2. Flash XXUHOB8 bootloader and modems with odin, get them from here -> I9505_Bootloader_Modems_XXUHOB8.tar - Boot to android and check if modem and bootloader flashed ok
    NOTICE: And if you will use a TW Lollipop custom kernel (Like AEL) there is no need to update your bootloader.
    3. Flash a custom recovery compatible with Lollipop (Latest TWRP is the recommended one) with odin
    4. Boot to Recovery (if you are using Philz recovery flash from internal sdcard only) and flash Omega with Full wipe, first boot will take about 25 to 30 minutes

    Installation for Omega with android Kit Kat:
    1. Backup your device (nadroid backup, titanium backup, efs backup ... etc) and save the backup to a safe place.
    2. Flash the new bootloder and modems with odin
    Bootloader -> BL_I9505XXUFNAD_481100_REV06_user_low_ship_MULTI_CERT.tar.md5
    If you already have the new Kit Kat bootloader there is no need to flash it again.
    Modems XXUFNC9 -> I9505XXUFNC9_GSM_LTE_Modems.tar
    Power off device completely, then boot to download mode and flash bootloader (if needed) and modems with odin
    Then boot to android and check if the new modem XXUFNC9 flashed ok (if wifi is not working is normal)
    3. Boot to Recovery --recommended TWRP, get the latest version from here -> http://teamw.in/project/twrp2/182--
    and flash Omega and then boot to android.
    You can flash without full wipe if you are coming from a previous Omega Kit Kat version, if not then flash with full wipe
    PLEASE FOLLOW THE EASY INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS ELSE YOU WILL HAVE VARIOUS ISSUES!

    Installation Instructions for Omega Jelly Bean:
    1. Backup your device (nadroid backup, titanium backup, efs backup ... etc)
    2. Copy rom to your device
    3. Flash modems (If you already have the correct modems, ignore this step):
    Power Off your device completely
    Wait a little and then power on device to download mode (Power button + Home button + Volume down button)
    **If you are having the old bootloader flash GSM_Modem_XXUEMJ5_and_LTE_Modem_XXUBMH1.tar file with odin by selecting phone.
    **If you are having the new bootloader flash GSM_Modem_XXUEMJ5_and_LTE_Modem_XXUEMJ5.tar file with odin by selecting phone.
    Go to Settings and make sure that modems flashed ok
    This step is necessary to be done correct because XXUEMJ5 LTE modem will break your sound on old Bootloader
    4. Boot to recovery and flash Omega
    PLEASE FOLLOW THE EASY INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS ELSE YOU WILL HAVE VARIOUS ISSUES!​
