Strange,
I knew that Thor was only on Note kernel...anyway Xda is a really big community so not all moderators are aware about what happen in other section.
Or maybe for S2 kernel Thor is not violating any XDA rules ... don't known.
Anyway you could PM S2 moderator and inform them about this.

how to switch kernel?

I downloaded the kernel you recommended.

now I am ready to flash the kernel, and i want to ask you correct installation method.

I think this steps will be ok.

1. put it in the external sd card
2. flash abyss kernel and do full wipe
3. then flash the kernel
4. reboot

is it right?

and another method will be able as I think.

1. go back to GB rom.
2. flash abyss kernel directly on cwm recovery and click reboot recovery.
3. do full wipe on red pill recovery.
4. then flash Stunner rom
5. just flash the kernel without leaving red pill recovery.
6. reboot.

How is it? or another way should be recommended?

You do not need to flash back to abyss, just flash ON TOP of Stunner 1.6.2.6. Wipe Cache and dalvik only before flashing t**r kernel.

Does anyone of you have occasional "lags" when playing a video on YouTube? The audio is flawless, but the video sometimes gets stuck for half a second or so... Hardware acceleration was fixed or not?
I don't have the issue only with hd playback on device sometimes.
Quite satisfied with apollo.... Did you do a clean install or an update.
You should clean install it solved my issues

Yes, I did a clean install twice and there's always the same problem with YouTube. I've also downloaded the app again from the Market, but that doesn't really solve the issue. Maybe I should try another kernel, I don't know...

Most use t***r kernel. My son watches teletubbies like 3 times a day in high def on my note. I watch with him and haven't got a single issue.
Watched most daring something episode yesterday on youtube for half an hour no issue.
My home network is wireless N. Provider speed is 50mbit / 5mbit down/up.
Don't use youtube over 3/4g much becouse I only have 400mb internet per month on my phone subscription.

I've decided to go to Asylum aokp.
Obviously the dev doesn't like the way things go on xda.
That's his right and I respect that but he should close this thread and
Continue on Facebook only.
He has chat time for facebook but not for the loyal followers on this thread.
Over 800 people in the facebook groop.
Xda made the community to what it is.
This feels like betrayal.

Everyone should decide for themselves but I wont support a dev
That does not support the people in this thread and just let's them wait without even a word.

I respect the effort he put in this rom
I respect him as a developer.
But I don't respect the way he treats his loyal followers here on xda.

hi everyone,

i installed francos kernel r6 and wanted update stunner but got a message "system 7 error" so i downloaded again stunner and now there is no usb connection between note and pc. there is no message on the phone that i connected my phone to pc. i tried to play in cwm in "mounts and storage" options but can figure out what shoud me mount or unmount :/ (usb cablle works, becouse the phone is loading, i can also see the pictures on the sd card with galarey app.)

can someone help me?

Last I heard, Franco and Speed mod are for stock rooms and not aosp.

I hate to say it but I agree. For me using FB to distribute and update something as technical and attention requiring as a custom ROM is ridiculous. Also FB is closed in most offices so that means we are out of touch for 8-12 hours. TO be honest, between official AOKP ports and ParanoidAndroid ROMs etc, there is very little that Stunner can now offer.

Sad, as Stunner was the reason I got a Note. I thoroughly respect Neo and do realize that since he is putting in time and hard work for basically nothing, we don't have a right to anything. Its just that using Facebook wrankles me when XDA is there. Sorry.

Wipe x3
Flash half-illusion v2 asylum. Flash gapps.
Restore apps.
E voila stunner but updated.
Miss some things like the even more tweaks menu but that's just about it.
The rest is pretty much the same, asylum being the lighter rom tho.

Half illusion or liquid rom. Or black liquid if you like the heavy theming.

Either one is aokp based and well maintained. Regularly updated and the dev is actualy active on the thread.

You could always go for stock AOKP.
