1.0 - Download Here - Gapps 1.1 Here. Install ROM then Gapps straight away! Gapps.zip Is important! Must flash Previous users just flash new gapps without wipe

Addons:
AOSP Camera
AOSP Dialer/Contacts NOTE: HTC Dialer/Contacts are required for these to work, so if you want it clean i dont advise to install, but never the less a step closer to AOSP.

Installation instructions (Simple):
Wipe Data/Factory Reset
Wipe System
Install Ultimite
Wipe Dalvik Cache
Fix Permission
Reboot
Complete setup
Once configured the launcher go back to recovery
install gapps
reboot.

Installation instructions (Newbie):
Go Here, follow the instructions and get S-OFF
Once you have successfully flashed Clockwork Recovery (check by doing the key combination) boot the phone and copy the rom onto your sd card.
Once thats done go back to clockwork and just in case FIRST backup
then Wipe Data/Factory Reset
Wipe System
Install Ultimite
Wipe Dalvik Cache
Fix Permission
Reboot
Complete setup
Once configured the launcher go back to recovery
install gapps
fix permission again
reboot.

Thats because by the time i upload the download link it will be tommorow :L.

Its Sense based............ But sense is literally stripped out

The only things remaining are the dialer and people.... Thats about it. The rest is AOSP. I also left the camera since its better than stock but i will give people the ics camera option as well

looks pretty straightforward. removed everything they possibly could from the sense rom, inserted as much of aosp as they could get to work.

so, if i were a betting man, which i am, i would say no sense widgets (just like any other time you use a non-sense launcher)

But android-VNC is unuseable atm cause the lag of hardware requirements
its not that good optimised so i hope the coocks can make ice cream sandwich with some whiped cream and a cherry on top

Looking forward to trying this out. I am currently running IC and removed all traces of Sense I could. Got most of it done, dialer and contacts as well, only I found that in order for them to work, HTC's had to be left on the phone...not real sure, must be other dependencies somewhere I missed. The only other I couldnt get working properly was browser, is this one Sense based still, or AOSP?

Same thing I was thinking. But, as for Beats, I run with Volume+ so I'm good without Beats.


Can't wait to use this since my hopes are high for this rom as far as smoothness.

ppl on the galaxy nexus threads are craving more and better quality widgets (sic, HTC Sense) and Sensation owners want the crappy AOSP widgets...

it's a phucked up world sometimes...
