ok... after installing i restarted my phone and saw o2 bootlogo?!?!?! never seen that before (my handy isnt branded). then the assistent crashed twice.. than it restarted and now im in a bootloop.. lOl.

Installing The Rom:
- Make sure you are running a propper CWM
- Download the .Zip
- Reboot in to CWM Recovery
- Do a Data/factory wipe
- do a Cache wipe
- Install from sd card
- choose from sd card
- choose Hazerd***.zip
- After Installing Reboot system now
- enjoy

I believe he can read, you just got him wrong.
You post the rom in original development whereas it belongs to android development subforum
Unless you developped something from scratch, this doesn't belong the original subforum.
I'm sure a moderator will come by and move that thread where it belongs.

Ok buddy, let me help you out here a little:
Thread title should be: [Rom][ICS][4.0.3][XWLP3]Hazerd Rom 2.0 [28-03]
Otherwise it's confusing.
About the downloads: If you only have 1 download Location it's not a Mirror. A Mirror is the same File on a different Host.
Changelog: When you remove files, be more specific. Removed what apps? Samsung Hubs or what?!
And this
don't post something unchanged in a changelog -> confusing
Oh and finally, if you want to show that this is "Pre-Alpha" (better call it alpha) don't go crazy on the version numbering: stay 0.1 0.2 0.2.1 0.2.3. Full numbers for stable releases.
Edit: oh and for the sake of it, stop that "ore" makes it a pain in the ass to read
