I installed this ROM. works great. Thanks JJ. However, I have an issue. I cannot modify my lockscreen no matter what options I choose. Is there any fix for this?

Does this ROM support 77 baseband?, after doing the full wipe and flashing the zip, installation aborted and when reboot the system, stucked at Sony logo

As far as I know (I could be wrong though), baseband has got nothing to do with ROM installation. It just deals with signal reception (i.e, 3G, WiFi, GPS etc). I don't really know why your installation got aborted, but I guess you may have gone wrong with any of the installation steps. Make sure you have done a full wipe and wiped the caches. I am on baseband 77 and this ROM works fine for me.

In one of the posts in this thread it is mentioned that one can flash the installation zip if not through restore and back up process, So i went on with flashing, By the way my Ray is bootloader locked and has .587 kernel, I am still not able to figure out the problem, Now I'm trying once again and will let you know the result

If you are on locked bootloader then you can use only restore from backup. The 3.3b patch zip you can flash from recovery if you want it.
Be sure, you downloaded the backup for your phone from this thread first post.

This time I did through restore and backup process,I downloaded the CWM backup for Ray, extracted it and placed it in backup folder, In CWM(reboot recovery) when I tried to restore, this error showed up

"Checking MD5 sums...
MD5 mismatch"

When i reboot the system it stucked again at sony logo(probably due to full wipe)

The md5 mismatch is: Don't use space, special caracters in backup folder name, or shorten it.

Try to rename the backup folder to "JJ32" (without ") or to similar dateformat as you have.

installed it atlast, ROM runs very smooth and fast and leaves more than 200 mb ram for user to enjoy, game play is still laggy though, Also I can't install walkman 7.5(from CWM) and youtube(from play) apps, In order to install Walkman 7.5 I uninstalled the player(CM9) that came with this ROM, Same is the case with Youtube app, Since the update was not happening(package error) I deleted the app through root explorer and tried to intall from Play but compatiability error showed up

I've had problems with WiFi Hotspot after I applied the v3.3b patch. Whenever I tried turning WiFi Hotspot on it would remain "activating", but it would never fully turn it on. My computer could see the WiFi network but it could not join it. So I have reverted to v3.2 to be able to use WiFi Hotspot.
