I assume you are coming from a gs2 referring to the modem. You don't have to be on anything specific nor do you need odin. Make sure you are using smelkus recovery. 3x wipe before installs and you can flash anything under the sun

Sorry, new to the Evo 4G forums... had my EvoLte stolen and had to revert to my back up. Does Netflix work on this? Yes? No? I know for a fact that it doesn't work on JB
It should, it worked on the EVO Shift version... I ported it here, but I never owned an EVO.

A2sd has got to be initiated by the a2sd reinstall command I take it... do the SPEED or v6 tweaks need to be kick started as well? Or are they up and at em immediately upon first boot? Oh, and fancy seeing you here Mr. Bilger.... i recently lost my e4gt, but my spirits were lifted upon seeing your roms available for this device as well. A happy twist to a decidedly unhappy stroke of fate...

A2SD needs to be flashed. There is a link in my JellyBelly thread-http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?p=36176792. Keep in mind, I never had this device... They are just ports from my EVO Shift ROMs.

This a mashup of SmurfMod9, JB, and MotoBlur with some extras thrown in. CM9 based. Any positive feedback/suggestions is appreciated. A port from the Shift but not really, I find it easier to build over a base the way I did when I made the original.. It worked on JellyBelly, so it should work on this ROM as well. I DO NOT OWN AN EVO, but am glad to help where I can.

1. Download ROM
2. Place ROM on sd
3. Reboot into Recovery
4. Make a nand
5. Superwipe at least three times
6. Wipe dalvik cache
7. Install ROM from sd
8. Reboot and enjoy
