Ok guys you wanted a ICS Version Here is it It was very hard for me to find the right performance setings but finally i managed it,my ICS ROM shouldnt be themed too heavy(because that eats more ram)Also i changed between many apps to see how the ram and smoothness is.
And finally here is Hyperbeam Cream: LIGHT-FAST-EFFICIENT-STABLE

Note:ICS is heavier than GB but i tried my best to get out the max of ICS i will focus now on ICS but i will update my GB ROMS to XPERIA GO BASE (2.3.7)

-Flash Panic Kernel
-Make BACKUP
-Wipe Data,cache,dalvik cache
-FORMAT SYSTEM
-Then flash the zip
-In Aroma Choose your device and your Bootloader option
-Wait till its done and reboot
-Enjoy

Got camera reverted at first, bit got it solved by installing camera libs and flashfix.

Everything seems to be working fine, though there is one thing. Volume is really low, and music sounds horrible . Doesn't matter what settings you chose, music sounds really capacity, both on speakers and with headphones. Tried with my sennheizer and my beats, no difference.
