1. Unlocked bootloader and root needed!
2. Download to your computer everything, what you want and need (from download section)
3. Copy the original ICS ROM to the firmware folder, which is stored in flashtool installation folder and SK-CZ ROM (the .zip file) copy to your sd card
4. Disconnect your phone from PC and turn it off (phone should have at least 30% of battery, but you could flash with less % )
5. Open Flashtool, choose flash icon and „flashmode“
6. In the list on the left choose original ICS ROM (for Neo the modified one)
7. On the right side check „No final data verification“
8. Press OK, (connect phone in flashmode – hold “back” button and connect USB - green LED will be shining)
9. After successful flashing disconnect you phone.
   -------------------------For phones with unlocked bootloader-----------------------------
10. Now connect your phone in fastboot mode (hold "menu" button and connect USB - blue LED will be shining)
11. Open flashtool again, choose flash and then "fastboot mode", "select kernel to flash", kernel (OC Alliance 1.5 lite/full)

12. After successful kernel flash disconnect your phone, turn it on, and when you’ll see the “SONY” logo and the LED gets blue,
    press and hold the volume down button
13. Do these steps in CWM:
    -> factory reset -->yes
    -> wipe cache partition --> yes
    -> advanced --> wipe dalvik cache --->yes
    -> Mounts and storage --> format /data a format /system --->yes
    -> instal zip from sd card --> choose zip from sdcard ---> choose .zip ( SK-CZ_Xperia_Team_EDT-2 ) ----> yes
    [*] After first start and finishing the basic settings setting press the menu button ---> More ---> ADWsettings --->
    Backup and Restore ---> Restore ADW settings ---> OK and Restore desktop configuration ---> OK and now you have the ideal settings of ADW launcher
14. Reboot your phone (use the widget icon for this) into CWM and choose Install zip from sd card --> choose zip from sdcard ---> you will see the ==EDT-2== folder in the sd card ----> install edt-2_red-black-white-UI.zip from this folder (you can replace the instal file with file Lime UI or Blue UI)
15. After every reboot in the "Developer options" and set "Background process limit“ to 3-4 processes !!!
    After first reboot set animations to 0,5x or turn it off (you can find in the "Developer options")
16. Enjoy our ROM

Installation guide for phones with locked bootloader

What do you need?

• Kernels for Neo (MT15i) or Kernels for Neo V (MT11i)
• RecoverX 1.4.6
• Busybox
• Rootexploit

How to install?

1. Connect your phone in FLASHMODE (green diod on phone) and flash ICS 4.0.3 kernel (from .562 fw for Neo V, there's no problem if you have Neo)
2. Unplug your phone from PC an turn it on
3. Enable USB debugging and Unknown sources
4. Leave the phone turned on and connect USB cable, than run rootexploit
5. Install Busybox (via Google Play), turn phone off and disconnect USB cable
6. Flash ICS 4.0.4 kernel in FLASHMODE (green diod on phone), disconnect USB and turn phone on
7. Install RecoverX and reboot your phone
8. Continue from step 12. listed above (but DON'T HOLD the button, you need to press it again and again)

WARNING: After installing new ROM is CWM allways deleted (it's not in kernel, but included in ROM). Also, after every installation of new ROM you need to install CWM again via RecoverX

If you have original 4.0.4 ICS ROM in your phone, you can start from step 10
1. Unlocked bootloader and root needed!

I haven't tested it yet but the features seem nice and the post/instructions are well written.
I find strange the fact that an antivirus is included on a heavily tweaked and lightweight targeted rom, but that's just me.
It's good to see new players in the game but i agree that the title is a bit provoking.

• Mini Motor Racing - Touchscreen in game menu sometimes doesn’t work, but playing is smooth//// second instalation – Menu doesn‘t work
