How is the link you provided related with my question? The link refers to the development of CM and JB4.3
check the link again it is pointing to CyberShot thread where u can dl it :)
and to not confuse its like that:
user tipex asked: ''it is worth to update cyberhot??''
i said yes & adviced him to use 7.1.2 version (NOT newest) bcuz iits better.
then u asked what i mean with my answer ''Could you please collwborate with this camera update: what do you mean exactly? ''
user gocegi pointed it out by giving thread link to cybershot (thats what i meant) thy @gocegi :D
now u have the link to cybershot & u know 7.1.2 is best version, all clear??? :D

peace

Thought I would try a different lock screen but can't find uxpnxtlock screen.apk in system/app .any ideas how to change it?
Its recommended you try this mod 'cause it contains almost everything you would want to install including uxpnxtlockscreen.apk and the settings.apk to change lockscreen wallpaper:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2284215&highlight=jb+lockscreen

This rom doesn't contain lock screen supported framework so this mod is definitely best for you. (This mod may replace few features such as AOSP lockscreen and Xperia GX home so open the zip and delete home.apk if you want Xperia GX home be remained)

Remember to follow the steps in the link.

Hope not the hardware.
Have no idea mate, I was just followed steps in the OP and never have problem(s).
Do you think it is necessary to format the system before installing?
Yes of course...
Well anyway...
I also experience another problem...Whenever i connect my headphones the radio app is just stuck at loading... it never seems to find A fm station or anything else
I guess ill have to take it back to the store to find out if it's hardware related
But.. warranty is over

flash a stock ROM .ftf file. after that, if your problems persist, you will know for sure they are hardware related...

Here is the solution to enable track skipping through volume rockers and other missing features in this ROM.
As we all know that this rom is already too slim and perfect as a rock solid Icecream Sandwich build, it's missing certain expansions such as 2G/3G fix, 30steps volume control and volume rocker key track control. There's no news from the devs to release another version of this debloated rom, so it's better to find/share the problems/solutions by ourselves :) ..Just copy/overwrite this attached android.policy.jar and framework.jar to /framework folder in system.

android.policy.jar has volume rocker music track spkipping functionality.
framework.jar has 2G/3G fix, Long-press back key kill functionality, 30steps volume level.

You can use these two files with both smallapp-enabled and non-smallapp framework. I am using this rom with these two files replaced in /framework and it works flawlessly. If you experience system volume level low (camera shutter, touch sound), don't panic. Download "Volume Control +" from play store.
NOTE: Manually copying/overwriting framework.jar might cause bootloop. It's better to replace these files in your ROM zip BEFORE installing through CWM.

Enjoy Icecream Sandwich, clean n tweaked! ;)
how to install these after the ROM installed? I really afraid to install frameworks, once I got bootloop when I put them directly to system folder. Thankyou!

You can replace these files directly in the zip of the rom. Then install the rom zip like u normally do from cwm.

THANKS MAN, IT WORKS MAN!

I really helped by 30 step volume, because of my earphone that feels too loud at night.

How about volume button skip track? I've tried but looks like nothing happened. How to use it?

If u have replaced the files I mentioned in my post, then volume buton can be used to skip track. But it works only when the screen is turned off.
