Does anyone know if Pete is going to release anymore BB roms for Stingray? Is it going to get Jelly Bean? His roms are solid so I do not want to switch. However, will move to a different one if there will be no Jelly Bean.
I'm sure there will be. I think he waits for the proprietaries to come out for each device before he compiles the ROM. I'm waiting patiently for a Wingray and Toroplus release.

So, I flashed CM10, and the video playback wasn't up to par for my trip (36 hours from now), and I tried to go back to the latest BB ROM. It flashes fine, but will not activate on Verizon. It connected with no issue before, and connected to 4G with no problem on CM10, but now it just sits on the activation screen until it eventually fails.

Suggestions?

I have been wanted to give this rom a try, i need something more stable than i find the 4.1.2 builds for the stingray, but that also has the ability fully control USB storage devices (read/write). I find EOS 3 and all cyanogenmod roms often reboot, even with clean installs.

The links are down, would anyone have a copy of the last nightly pete put out? Thanks!

I too am hoping this ROM isnt dead. I want a pure AOSP ROM for my stingray. CM 10.1 isnt working out well and EOS seems to be having the same types of issues CM 10.1 is having with the sleep of death problem. I really wish BB was cranking out still.

Have you tried Baked V8? It's the best I have tried on the Wingray so far. No issues with it so far. Orca was pretty sweet too but I had an issue with a couple of apps and it didn't seem like it was being updated much. Been on Baked for about a week or so and it has been flawless so far. Give it a go if you haven't tried it yet. Thread is here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1916056.

I was looking at that but I am not into the dark inverted type of roms. I just want a plain simple rom thats stable running jelly bean 4.2.2. CM 10.1 is not stable yet for me. Thanks for the heads up though on it.

out of curiosity, what part of CM10.1 isn't stable to you? I've been running it since january without any issues whatsoever on my wingray

The only issue I have is the Black Screen of Death issue. There is not really a particular way to replicate the issue as there is not a pattern that I can tell. However if you check out steady hawkins G+ page you will see an entire thread on it where they are trying to resolve the issue. On here, XDA forums, the CM 10.1 thread is constantly talking about it. CM 10 stable also does this to me as well whereas the earlier nightlies for CM 10 did not.

Team EOS 4 ROM has this same issue it seems.

Im using a stingray device but its affecting both stingray and wingray from what I have been reading. Whatever nightly you are using I would stay on it :)

You don't have to invert anything. I installed the EOS gapps and don't notice anything being inverted to be honest, the only realy difference is the nav icons are changed but there is options in settings to change them to whatever you want. I use ADW launcher as well and it is setup the same as I have had it on other roms, nothing inverted or blackened. :)

Just wanted to point that out so you don't let that hold you back from testing it out. I was under the same impression before I tried it and really don't care for everything blacked out.

Thank you for that :) That is what is holding me back really..i just want a stock looking and well running ROM which is why I'm disappointed to see Bugless Beast not maintained anymore. Not really interested in anything being blacked out. If this is able to be changed then that would be awesome. I might just give this a try then.

odd. I've been updating every few days and I haven't experienced anything like that. I'm on the 0327 build right now. however, I'm on the elemental-x kernel
