This one looks great! If I may ask, coming from the latest Paranoid Android, I can flash this then just wipe cache and dalvik cache as the OP states right? But can I update this with future CM9 kernels through recovery as well?

in the about phone section, instead of cm9 rc2 it says cm9 rc1. And i did a full clean install. Is it not updated to rc2?

You can change Mms.apk (BeeGee) with this in my attachments.
do this with rootexplorer, e.g.
change permission
read, write, x
read, x, x
read, x, x
reboot

I forgot to update a string in the build batch. That's why it says rc1. But it is RC2.

New update for the GT-N7000 aka Galaxy Note. Using latest CM9 and AOSP sources. I think this will be the last ICS build. The CM10 version seems to be ready soon.

Changes in version 0.10:

• Updated to latest CM9 code (RC2).
• Updated to latest CM9 kernel.
• Changed back to normal Email and MMS application.

First time installing Ganbarou GT-N7000 to your Galaxy Note, or coming from another ROM:

• READ FAQs:*http://teamhacksung.org/wiki/index.p...sked_Questions
• Make sure you're running a proper working ClockworkMod-Recovery
• DON'T flash FROM ANY SAMSUNG ICS!
• If you want to have a safe kernel, you might want to flash this kernel with Odin :*http://forum.xda-developers.com/atta...4&d=1337346991
• Copy Ganbarou ZIP to your internal SDCard
• Boot into Recovery
• Flash Ganbarou zip
• DO A DATA WIPE / FACTORY RESET (otherwise your calendar sync will not work)
• Reboot
• Don't restore Apps using Titanium Backup!

Upgrading from earlier Teamhacksung build or Cyanogenmod nightlies or Ganbarou nightlies (NOT Imilka's or any other build):

• Copy Ganbarou ZIP to your internal SDCard
• Boot into Recovery
• Flash Ganbarou zip
• Wipe cache partition and dalvik-cache
• Reboot

BTW. Anyone has any idea on how to work an app like igo? It says i need to insert the sd card. I know the sd card is inverted with the internal memory but still has got to be a way to make it work huh??

For whatever reason i got an aborted installation. I downloaded from the mirror so might be a problem with download over there.

Can you give me the Google Market link for IGO? Couldn't find it. I will try to find a solution.

I tried again, but this time from goo. As for igo don't bother too much, it's a paid app and is not on play store.

Does igo supports resolution SGN?? maybe you try copilot it is very good.

Actually it doesn't. The maximum is 480X800 but it one of the best gps navigations. Even with this resolution i like igo better than others.

my advice .. try Copilot is much better ... you will not have problems with installations.

if I remember correctly ... installation of my igo .. on nexus s
you must first copy a folder on the internal memory and then run the installation

I remember now, IGO is a navigation software. Maybe ukicars tip helps.

I was thinking to run at the beginning parallel and update ICS version whenever there is an source update. But new stuff might go into JB version.

Yes, Japanese is supported, however for a good Japanese keyboard you have to get something from the Google Play. I use Smart Keyboard Pro with Japanese input. But for a native Japanese the Google Japanese keyboard might be better.
