A full wipe is always recommended, but the choice is yours of course. ;-)

You flashed without a full wipe, right?

I flashed and S Note is there upon first boot, the system will check your rom and install whatever is not there from the Rom 's Hidden folder.

Because if you flashed stock ics with odin than you see the s note apk is in data app folder. So if you flash this without wipe you keep the snote apk from your stock rom.

snote and crayon physics is located in hidden.img...during boot up it will install...you need to wait for few minutes
