hello
we go

after the unlocked bootloader
install a custom kernel

to enter recovery you must repeatedly press the button (volume down) to initialize the device
the rom is already pre-rooted
So let me get the process right. Steps:
1. Unlock bootloader. Checked done.
2. Install CWMR. Done.
3. Install custom kernel thru CWMR (or thru fastboot?). Suggest recommended kernels for this ROM.
4. Flash ROM thru CWMR.

Question. I am changing from stock ICS firmware. Do I need to wipe system, data, cache, dalvik before flashing this Rom?
By Jove! Rooting / flashing ROMs in HTC is a walk in the park compared to this.

1. OK
2. Custom kernel already contains CWM
3. you can use Fatboot (command) or Flashtool - use the kernel you prefer, just a note: kernel Mesa 1.6 does not execute some scripts on startup (you can use the Script Manager app to apply scripts in Boot (system / etc / init.d)
4. OK

Data cleaning is recommended at the first installation, but not required, the installer does not delete your data (if you do not want)

it is almost ready
just need to make some changes in framework-res.apk because I changed some texts to my language (Brazilian Portuguese)
But I'm not totally decided to launch the next version with the same FW 431 because over time we will be with a new one :)

I'm not believing that my rom is as smooth as at the time :p

The new FW587 is already available for LWW, soon to ride the remaining 2011

I also always say that, smooth as a baby butt!
I've been working hard to improve the overall performance
