for QR scanner; zeubea released a modified camera.legend.so that has to be installed with adb in recoverymode

how to:

enable usb debugging and root access for adb in "system settings - settings for developpers"
connect your phone to your pc
copy the unzipped camera.legend.so file to your sdcard
run following commands
adb reboot-recovery
adb shell
mount /system
mount /sdcard
mv /system/lib/hw/camera.legend.so /system/lib/hw/camera.legend.so.bak
cp /sdcard/camera.legend.so /system/lib/hw/camera.legend.so
exit
adb reboot
restore root access settings to apps only in "system settings - settings for developpers"

where do i get this camera.legend.so file??

Sorry, but you do not need s-OFF to copy this file. Just use the adb method to copy while in recovery.

Ok, I've asked my daily useless question.

For the camera.legend.so, can I do it just with my Legend? I can edit files is /system with ES File Manager, I copiet there the new CM music apk with that. Can this work also for this or I HAVE TO do it via adb? Thx.

( Ah, my Legend is again alive and with me, and the first thing I've done was re-flashing this awseome ROM )

Did you kept a sort of modification list for your self, or do you only have that in you mind? It would be easier to follow the things you have tried to get to this beta ....

Been using this ROM for more than a week now I'm really satisfied with it, it's really nice to have ICS on my Legend .

I noticed 1 small bug though, but it might be because of some settings on my phone: this morning my clock wouldn't update in my statusbar or lockscreen. My alarm still went off at the right time but my clock showed 4:24 AM.

I just thought I'd throw that out there, maybe somebody knows a solution for the problem.

I found another bug. When your phone is in a process, for example, installing/uninstall once done, you rotate your screen, it re-do the process

...any idea why only this rom cannot be installed because of a signature check error? i cannot use rom manager because my trackpoint doesnt work. the signed-tool also didnt work.

- Incoming calls/lockscreen: It will be retaken with syncing with Cyanogenmode repo. It can be to wait a couple seconds or lock/unlock screen for testing.

Nearly the same problem but ~once a day when anyone try to call me and phone is locked in sleep mode, i see only ".... is calling", can't move the lockscreen "circle" (as Zeubea and more of you mantiones earlier ), but in my case i can't just patiently wait to unlag phone cause it's reboting itself automaticly ;/ anyone have idea how to fix?

Does anyone know why Pro HDR Camera is not working? Every time im trying to take a photo, " Default " banner is showing upp and nothing no more... Is there something wrong with my camera or else ?

Wow, just wow! The ROM is great! It runs so smooth and almost bug-free. It's even as smooth as the stock Android on HTC Legend, even faster in some places. I'm currently using that as my daily phone now. A BIG thanks to zeubea and CM team.
