Superuser issue also on my device.
I upgraded from b4 to b5 and wiped cache and dalvik.
Tried installing a fresh b5, resetting data factory and I have the same issue.

Only problem is I left my Legend at work where I've been getting my PC ready for building custom Legend roms for fun / learning more, now that I've got a S3 as a daily.

Superuser issue is just a message on boot, right?
I already have the similar message for another app on Beta 4.
So it's time to upgrade firmware anyway.

I get an error Message "unfortunately,superuser has stopped."

Just reinstall Superuser.apk from /system/app.

I have install the 9.1 but it just remains at HTC logo. Any Help????

Running the CM10 ROM at the moment just to try it out. I'm so impressed and happy that zeubea has managed to bring the latest version of Android to our Legend. Observations:
-Loving the new boot animation
-Trackball wake does not work
-Settings Easter Egg works! (Looks good)
-Camera doesn't recognize external storage and closes
-Also have lines like polarising filters over the camera previews
-New animations in Multitasking and Settings are nice
-Launcher seems to be running fine
-Phone will freeze during random tasks at random times (Reboot required to fix)
-Lockscreen circle does not completely fit within screen
-Had an issue with Setup not responding (Clear cache and dalvik cache+reboot seemed to fix it) (New setup looks good)
-Phone can't seem to see any networks

Not complaining about anything zeubea just listing my observations Great job on bring Jelly Bean to our Legend.

me installed this rom step by step
1.- Wipe data/reset factory
2.- Wipe cache
3.- Advanced -> wipe dalvik
4.- Install cm9 (it takes a time)
5.- Follow the wizard if applicable
but my phone cant run this rom
*i download this rom again but not different

Wipe all again
Install GAPPS

Reboot
Fellow the wizzard
Reboot it

With supersuser not working cannot run any app requiring root access

Workaround:
In PC open ROM zip file and extract superuser.apk from System folder.
Copy to phone SD card
Install a file manager from play store
Install superuser.apk from sd card
Done

But that wouldn't install it as root.
Push it to /system using ADB from Recovery.

Trying to download via wifi on phone but keep getting download fail? Never happened before on mediafire


Edit:- download issue is ONLY download direct on my phone via wi-fi. download via PC no issues, just makes it a slower transfer to phone
