To everyone with Superuser problems,
Download ES File Explorer from the Play Store. In the settings, allow it to browse up to the root directory. After doing that, navigate to system/app and find the superuser.apk. Install it TWICE or install it, reboot and install again. ( Not sure why but I had to install twice, it may be different for you) This should fix Superuser.
Optional: Install SuperSU from the Play Store and delete the superuser.apk from system/app and data/app and reboot.
