1) Must be a problem with your carrier i guess.
2) Yeah this version of the launcher fcs at the start in order to "refresh" itself and load the apps. I hope to fix this in the next release. :)
Glad you liked my ROM!

Xperia Ultimate HD
Hi coolancool, I tested your room on my Sk17i BL and it was cool, but end up being a little have on my stock kernel.
I ended up with a lighter rom but the best thing that your's has to give on my xmp is the softkeyboard because it's the only one with the indicator of the present language instead of this useless "world" sign that doesn't help at all (I use about 4 languages).

I'm not an expert or anything close but I was wondering if I can apply this soft keyboard from your rom on any other rom or even stock rom, and how to do it.

Thx for your work ;)

Thank you. I tried to manually copy it (textinput-tng.apk) to /system/app, and cleaning cache and dalvik but it wont start (hw keyboard works without any language and corrections).
So I guess it isn't as simple as I thought. What else am I missing?

PS:The name off the present softkeyboard is the same.

Lock Screen Original APK

@n.inacio post
I think there is more than just replacing the textinput-tng.apk file, you need to look for the "engine" apk that does the word prediction and settings for the keyboard and replace the one in system before the overwritten textinput-tng.apk file will work.

Is there an original APK for the lockscreen that I can use to overwrite the Wave lockcreen?
(the one that looks like holo lockscreen)

What are the procedures?

Ok here's a flashable zip for you!
https://www.dropbox.com/s/ktxikh9obqf0qgc/Stock_KB.zip

Wipe cache n dalvik to be on the safe side.
Actually, you also need to copy some lib files in order for the keyboard to work, that's why it didn't work.
Just flash this file. :)

You people must be thinking why the update is taking so long.
Actually, the framework still has a lot of bugs which need to be fixed before releasing it for you guys.
I am having terrible days and sleepless nights thinking about how to fix this bug.
The original dev of this ROM won't help either for unknown reasons, so i guess it'll take a lot of time for me to figure it out.
Unless of course someone helps me out.
I posted a thread for help, so if anyone can help please have a look here:-

Hope you guys understand.

Well, your current framework isn't bad at all, for me the only problem is "Viper Xperia" appearing when I shut down my phone and the spinners (I like the original one).

I don't know if someone asked but, have you thought on the possibility in using Xposed framework on your ROM? Or is this framework heavy to our MDPIs?

Take care of yourself buddy, and don't work too much on your ROM, don't overload yourself. (Is that right? Overload?)

The thing is that the framework is what makes a rom according to me.
If i use a different framework, what is the difference between this rom and other?
I will think upon a fix with my friends for a day or two, and if i dont find any fix, i'm afraid i'll have to drop support.
And yes, overload is correct.

And i can add xposed to the rom, that isn't a problem.

You are right, framework give the ROM an unique style.
If you don't fix it, no problem but don't drop your support, this ROM is the best ICS ROM ever!

About Xposed, it will be great for our ROM and our customizations, I would like to have some xposed features.

camera problem

Hello,

I found out that my camera is not working correctly. It is not possible to use the flashlight. The picture is taken when the flashlight is already down.
I tried with several settings according to flashlight and focus but everytime the picture is too dark.

Anyone with the same problem?
Any ideas how to solve it?

Edit: at the moment everything is ok. I don't know what happened but the camera now works fine.

Edit2: same problem. The picture is taken when the flash is already off. Even the update to MESA V4.8b2 is no solution. So I think it is not a problem of the kernel.

is viper fx didnt work with this rom? i've install viper but there isnt any effect when playing music
That's strange, it should work!
Did you reboot your phone after installing the app?
Or
Go to Settings-->Sound-->Music Effects and select ViPER4Android FX.
Hope this helps! :)

compass problem

Hello,

on Xperia mini pro (SK17i) the compass doesn't work correctly. It spins around and north and south are interchanged. I tried several fixes (changes in sensord.conf) but nothing changed.
Do anyone know a fix for the compass problem?
