I've been on this rom for 4 days now and there's still no decrease in performance. I dun know about others but i usually get 185+ free ram which is not bad for multitasking and gaming at all. And yeah HD games like RR3, NFS MW, Amazing Spidey, Sims Freeplay works amazingly well.

HOW-TO INSTALL ROM

• For Unlocked Bootloaders: Flash any Kernel for stock ICS.
• For Locked Bootloaders: Root your phone using this tutorial, than install CWM using this app
• Place ROM on SD-Card
• Back up user apps and data. (Various apps available, search Google Play. This is a popular one)
• Power off phone.
• Boot to CWM (Keep pressing the Volume Down key after the Sony logo appears)
• Wipe Data/Factory Reset
• Mounts and Storage --> Format /System
• Advanced > Wipe Battery Stats
• Install zip from SD card > Choose Xperia Ultimate HD
• Follow on screen instructions on AROMA.
• After Complete Installation untick "reboot" and select reboot in CWM
• Give the phone a good full charge, and enjoy your brand new phone!

HOW-TO INSTALL OVER-THE-AIR UPDATE

• Settings --> Ultimate HD Advanced --> System Updates
• System Updates --> Check for Updates ---> Download
• After the Download Finished, Boot to CWM
• Install Zip from sdcard --> Choose Zip from sdcard ---> sdcard/OTA-Updater/HDx.x.zip
• Reboot & Done

My opinion: Rom works very smooth has a lot of free rom memory and good ram to use. This rom is one that you need to try i'll try it for 1 week and comment about gaming performance n,n

No idea, but the ROM just refused to start up.
Stucked at Sony logo.

Came from JJ Hybrid v3.3b and stock kernel.

You need to do all formats: Factory reset, wipe cache partions, format cache, format data, format system and wipe dalvik cache. Then go to flash zip and install it following Aroma instructions n,n/ is a really great rom for now i'm happy with it the only bug is that DefaultThemes.apk doesn't working correctly btw i don't need dat haha

Yes your the only one s: my only problem is DefaultTheme.apk all is working perfect actually is really smooth for now and i have installed all my apps running on background

aomm thats really weird s:
1: flash normally .587 ftf
2: flash kernel from .562 ftf
3: root device
4: install cwm by X Parts on google play
5: flash original kernel from .587
after that just copy this rom to your sd go cwm do all wipes that i say:
Factory reset/Wipe cache partions/Mouns and storage: format cache/format data/format system and Advance: Wipe Dalvik cache
after that just install this rom normally
