Installation:
Install from any rooted ROM with a safe kernel (notecore, speedmod, franco, CF). Installation script will automatically wipe /Cache and Dalvik cache for you. You can format /Data as well if you want a completely clean stock rom install with full root and performance enhancements.
Install the usual way though CWM
If you are on a stock rom, follow the following instructions
Flash stock ICS rom in PC odin
boot phone
reboot to download mode
flash a safe kernel in PC odin
reboot phone
copy rom ZIP to sd card
reboot to CWM
perform a factory reset (format /data / cache)
install rom ZIP
