Thanks a lot guys. With your amazing support and generous donations, I have now reached ~ 175/415 USD. Here's how its going so far:

I really hope I would reach the required amount before the lollipop is released. I never expected this kind of support from everyone, I can't possibly explain how happy and grateful I am about it. I can assure you that you will see my enthusiasm and appreciation when I pay you guys back by creating the most awesome ROM ever as soon as I buy a new Z1. Thanks a lot again. Its really appreciated.

I miss one thing that worked on v.4.1. Longpress and swipe up from homebutton to enter google search. Any chances of that coming back?

you can remove the video apk but it wont solve the slow camera problem...sadly you have to reinstall software

I would definately say there is something strange with the XZ1 or the ROM. I have not used any other ROM than iHackers since puchase so I don't know if the issue is present in stock.

I run enterprise network environments, including wireless, and iHackers have issues connecting and when it does connect, the range and speed is much less than other devices, for example the XZ2 Tablet.

At work it can not connect at all, neither on 2.4GHz or 5GHz

At home I run both 2.4Ghz (20MHz channel width) and 5Ghz (AC 80MHz channel width). Channels used are the least occupied and can change daily as the wireless controller does channel scanning every night. Using two SSID's. One for 2.4GHz and one for 5GHz where 5Ghz is the preferred SSID that works unsatisfactory work with the XZ1. but the XZ2 Tablet and other devices never have issues.


Anyways, it's a minor issue that I can live with using iHackers.

If iHackers or anybody else wish debugging I can try to do so.

You say you have the kernel @iHackers , you tried to standard Kernel. 157 ?

I'm running Locked Bootloader and stock 157 Kernel/baseband. Not used anything but stock kernel so I can not say if the issue is present on other kernels and/or on stock ROM.

I do suspect the issue is device/kernel related and not ROM related as the wlan driver/module most likely is kernel built-in.

Guys, 6 People raised together ~ 175.00 USD. That is not bad for the beginning.
But i would say for a ROM, which is at least one of the most used for our honami at XDA-developers, it could be more.
Nobody is foreced, or schould feel forced, to donate a few dollar. But I'am pretty sure a lot of us guys here could spend easily 5 USD without taking the risk to starve at the end of the month.

Another Idea: maybee one of the guys in the Xperia Z1[Indian Users] thread, who got e.g. a newer phone, is willing to sell his used Z1 for a better price to ihackers.

Sure mate. Now, I have reached a total of 192/415 USD. If things continue at this pace, I will be able to get a new Z1 in no time. Thanks a lot everyone.

Hello, one thing pls.. Is there a way to install this Rom on z1 compact? I want to try, but i don't know what is different between them.
It's ok if i flash the rom, then z1 compact stock kernel? I've in mind only to change some properties in build prop like "device name", ecc..

Hi, did you choose your device number correctly at the Aroma? try to re-flash the ROM and make sure that you're currently running @ .157.

I can´t use the standard email-client for my work mail (exchange). It keeps telling me that I must update my security settings, no matter what I choose (cancel / ok) I get kicked out of the app.
I temporarily solved this by using the Outlook-app but that doesn´t sync my calender for other calendar apps.

Use the Gmail app, it allows you to add any email to it.

Tried it but it doesn't work with business mail with exchange. (unless you have a nexus and Android 5.0 according to Google support)

not working Xposed mod list

As I reported twice, those just ignored. So just wright down list of what don't work on this smooth ROM regarding matter of busybox.

Greenify with Xposed, Xhalo, and Screenfilter of Xposed etc.

I did everything I know to solve these, but I can't.
