flashing instructions

2. MAKE A NANDROID
3. wipe data/factory reset in recovery -- a must if coming from a stock-based ROM
4. flash ROM
5. flash Gapps
6. reboot
7. sign into Google
8. (recommended) reboot immediately after

q: Why am I getting random data drops (GSM)?
a: It would seem that users using older modems (KK1 for instance) are getting data drops with 4.0.3. Please be sure to update your modem if you're getting this issue!
