about audio i dont have any idea
camera not work due to kernel issue if you used cm12.1 kernel on stock rom camera will dead

wifi/bt j110h uses sc2231 wifi ic.(hardware) so kernel use sprwlan.ko module (lib/module) and some libs and bins and etc/firmware for connect with that hardware part. this cm 12.1 port is based on j100h it dosent have sc2231 wifi ic it uses boardcomm wifi ic. so there is huge mismatch with hardware. that is the issue in wifi and bt.

libhardware.so and libhardware_legacy.so help to load that module.
there are some libs and bin files still not identifiyed which help to wifi/bt

there is no any there devices with sc2231 wifi ic which shippped with android 4.4.4. but samsung j105 and j210h has that sc2231 but they dont have cm12.1 they have only cm13 or cm14. but j110h kernel support only for 5.1. need to modify kernel source to boot cm13 and cm14.1. my cm13/14.1 kernels are failed.

wifi/bt is hard thing to fix according to me
Thank you so much for the details!.. It seems like the sc2231 chip is almost impossible to handle on CM 12.1 due to lack of sources and that there's nothing more in our hands to be done with the current sources available.. Maybe one should just focus on workarounds and minor improvements like for example using RIL internet and SD Cards instead of wifi and bluetooth and using some apps that would make the experience better...

Anyways, if anything new shows up, I'll be more than happy to test unless I traded my five J110H devices with five J100H devices LOL 😁

You should trade 2 j110h devices for 2 j100h devices (J100H has a stable 5.1.1 ROM also by me)
And keep 3 j110h devices. This device is still worth something.

I am also planning to try to make a cm13 port, i have the kernel for it that should work (TWRP booting confirmed on that kernel)

Yeah, I think I should consider owning J100H devices to try out some of the cool ROMs out there especially the ones made by you bro @Noel ...

I do notice that J100H has many and more custom ROMs out there than J110H, although IMHO I think J110H is a much better device and yes I think it's very much worth something but it seems like the chips used with it are a bit tough to handle...

Making a CM13 ROM is an awesome move forward because as stated by @smiley earlier, sources for some of the J110H chips especially wifi could be found but only working with the CM13 kernel not CM12.1 or CM11. Moreover, CM13 is based on API 23 and that's a big plus!

Here's the cyanogenmod 13.0 port:

Can someone test it? I'm not sure if it boots but it's worth a try. Thanks
I tested the ROM!... it installed succssfully using TWRP.. After restarting, it showed the Cyanogenmod blue robot boot logo and stuck to it...

I think we're close!

I'm here to support with any number of needed tests

Oh my god!!
Can you send a video of it booting? This is really a new achievement for us!!

Also, can you provide me logcats? (Only if you know how to)

Okay, here's build number one:
If build number one also sticks to the boot animation/or doesn't install, please test build number two:
This is a fix of the pac-rom build. This should boot

Also, before installing the ROM, wipe system, data, cache, dalvik/art cache

I wipe Preload as well, and I always flash a fresh stock ROM before each test to guarantee the highest stability.. I'll start downloading the ROMs and get back to you ASAP bro 💪

{cm-13.0-20190102-Temasek-j1pop3g} didn't install and showed the "Block device required" Error...

{pacrom_j1pop3g_2} installed successfully but sticked to the "Samsung Galaxy J1 Ace" intro screen.. I flashed the ROM's boot.img file separately but still didn't boot to the boot logo.. I attached the logcat file for more details...

CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

We need testers! Join to our Discord server!
    Code:
    #include
    /*
     * Your warranty is now void.
     *
     * I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
     * thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
     * do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
     * before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
     * you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.
     *
     */

    Installation:
    - Reboot to TWRP (if you don't have it yet, view my threads!)
    - Wipe data,system,cache,dalvik
    - Install the ROM
    - Reboot!

    What does work:
    - Audio
    - Flashlight
    - ADB
    - Sensors
    - RIL
    - Camera (use OpenCamera)
    - ART + Dalvik support

    What does partially work:
    - GPS

    What doesn't work:
    - WiFi
    - Bluetooth
    - RIL
    - File Manager can't detect external/internal storage
    - MTP
    - FM Radio (removed from ROM)
    Won't fix:
    - WiFi
    - Bluetooth
    - RIL
