It's not recommend to encrypt device anyway. Device encryption just slow down your device's performance especially in budget phone.
Did you flashed any mods, other custom kernels etc.? Any logs?

Please read the installation instructions carefully. You need an aroma supported TWRP e.g. like this TWRP to flash this ROM.

i didn't know how else to send it.
it's not compatible with your TWRP. Try to flash this ROM with TWRP Pro then it should pass compatibility check for sure
