Problems I am facing:-
1.The Phone doesn't vibrate. Not even in Vibrate mode.

1. You probably set vibration intensity to 0 in settings
2. Check if you didn't set screen timeout to 10 min in settings or you enabled "stay awake" in developer settings

Other possible reasons:
- You installed any 3rd party app which cause these problems
- You flashed anything else
- You have xposed modules installed

else make a logcat. I don't own a J5 device, so I can't help without logcats. Also tell more details like device variant etc.

My Device is J500F.I use an app to reduce the brightness at night. It's called Night mode. But that app can't cause the problem, can it??

If you granted your night mode app access to system settings, then maybe yes.

I guess you're using an old TWRP version or a TWRP version without aroma support. Try this one and compatibility check will pass.
It's a bad idea to edit ROM's script to bypass compatibility check as it is necessary to match the correct variant for its drivers (e.g. J500H RIL) and kernel. Also to prevent people flashing ROMs on their device although its not meant for it.
