The FN model can have Samsung pay no?
And this isn't a custom rom it's a stock ROM port which means it has the Samsung framework so it should be able to use Samsung pay as long as the ROM passes safetynet

NFC alone can't guarantee full Samsung Pay support, MST is also required. Also, no matter whether the ROM is Safetynet passed or not, the triggered Knox(0×1) will never let you configure the SPay.

But doesn't quasar kernel have fake knox so if that is flashed over this rom then it won't be triggered.
Didn't realise samsung released j500fn without MST support its kinda stupid seeing that MST support also came out in 2015 you think it would have been added.

Yeah brother, MST is Samsung patented and it's the tech that gives SPay a leg upon its competitor such as GPay and FruitPay. So, Samsung already being stingy enough is unlikely to give full Samsung Pay support on budget-centric J devices.

And, have you noticed, none of the 2018 iteration of J-Series, A6 and even the A6+ feature SPay which is quite unhealthy move from Sammy.

N.B. Kernel level implementation of fake Knox does nothing. Seems, SPay checks the knox flag status on bootloader. Once Knox triggered means SPay and Securefolder gone for ever.

That's absolutely ridiculous on Samsungs part. Why introduce a feature and not introduce it across all new devices. Especially a feature such as Samsung pay. Like you said and I agree, it is a very unhealthy move on there part.

I tend to stay away from Samsung software and apps so these aren't things I use on a regular basis but thanks for the new info

For some reason, it says wrong version, this is for the A300, and my phone is an A500FU... Sure it is the right one?

I won't add AOD coz it's unstable and it's not meant for our screen panel. When I add it, people complain about non-working features like AOD Touch.
If you want it anyway, move AOD apk to system/priv-app but then please don't report bugs related to AOD

there is no shortcut to the screen recorder or screen capture in the quick settings. is there anything in relation to choosing SEP 8.5 or GRACE UX during ROM installation? because I chose SEP 8.5.
