I'm having all sorts of problems

I'm using the 2.o Rom

It boots greats.

But it offten goes into sleep and never comes back
The screen will not go sideways for a bigger keyboard
It just freezes

I've treid every Rom on the unlockr
I've had no perfect one and its anoying
Can any one lead me to a. good ROM

1) 1.5 hero can't rotate on home because sense UI didn't have that feature
2) Good Sense Roms:
King's eclair hero
king's espresso
mightyred hero
Sense hero

i just loaded JACHeroSki-v2.0 and when i go to use the wifi tehter it tells me i have the wrong kernels. i am new to this so be kind

Super D rom.

I have tried few other roms.
some of rom's are great, but alwasy missing piece.
like not supporting Bluetooth, camera or wireless tether.
Try Super D rom. so far, it has everything I wanted.
Also, it doesn't get freeze like others. =)

Problem with bluetooth and SD

Hi, I have the new one rom, 2.2b, working good (long boot, but it s okej), BUT I have two kind of problem.
First one is bluetooth - not workung. when I tap to start bluetooth, write: starting, but never start. In device manager isnt write bluetooth mac - in oficial 1.6 rom working correctly.

Second - system too slow. I think its can be slow SDcard, because on SD is swap memory, and i using the original one SD - class 2 2GB. Is it thrue?

Yes, the average ROM boots up for me in about 2 or 3 days. Patience.

I only have one cell phone. This is unacceptable. Gonna have to find an alt.

I found that you can speed up the boot process by holding your phone under a strong steady stream of H20.

Let me know.

p.s. a rom doesn't take days or even hours to boot up...usually only 5 to 10 mins or so.

Wow this is funny, I was kidding man. If it doesnt load up in 20-30 minutes you did something wrong.

Being that this is my first try at all this, I may not be up on all the tech specs. I was able to Root and then load a HERO ROM. But the text started getting blurry so I moved on to the next ROM on the list. Now it gets stuck in the re-boot process and stayed in that loop for over an hour. Guess I'll try again but back up one more step and start from there. Thanks for the H2O suggestion.

just put jacheroski2.2a onto my rooted g1, it force closes every time slide the key board open when on the home screen.
Also, when i import my sim contacts it goes to black screen (with the notification bar still on the top) and nothing just stays like that. left it like that for 30 min, then hit the home screen and it goes, but nothing imported. Do u know why this might be?
other then that great work. by far the best custom rom i have put on my phone. keep up the good work!

im not new to the site but i am to androids.. im so used to wm 6.5 but i thought id give this a try, anyways.. is this a dead phone or what i mean where r the NEW roms at anyway?? WM roms shoot out 2x a week and this rom looks to be old.. anyways my question was is there any way to add the ECLAIR 2.1 icons in this rom?? im fine without live wallpapers other then that i like this rom, im starting to thing i should have got a newer device to play with..

-This has been canceled, Production stopped
-The team has split up and gone separate ways

Please look at the date in the title of any threads here...It will tell you how old or if the rom is still being worked on.You just revived one of the oldest artifacts.
