I took the latest paranoidpreferences.apk from UTACKA's nightly build. Placed it in system/app.. Changed permissions and restarted..

It shows up as it should in system settings. But all values are defaulted to 0 (Interface tab). Any idea how to change this?

As it was mentioned above, there is no mobile data toggle available in the settings

The notification toggle panel in this rom can be of two settings: by cm and aokp. Aokp lacks the mobile data toggle but cm toggle bar doesn't. It's up for you to choose, buddy

Yeah I was wondering the same. Didn't seem to move ahead for me. Maybe Utacka will be able to answer this a whole lot better since I don't have much experience with PA.

Push it in System apps, set permissions to r w r r, reboot and done.
You will see paranoid settings in System settings. But unfortunately it does not work properly. I hope Toxic will find the issue and fix it.
