So you installed the tweaks? the thing is that the rom already has many of them. I will try to add more, but i dont like much many tweaks because they can cause errors. In fact, the "individual contact ringtone not saving-bug" was caused by one of the BMTweaks. Thanks for the suggestion though.

When you first start I had a FC at Google Play. Then I did a simple dalvik + cache clean... then all was well.

I deleted data of playstore and google play services and rebooted, now is working perfectly. I hope nobody else encounter this issue.

I have installed the last updateof your rom (v3.3) without a full wipe , and I don't have FC on Google Play, installed the Chrome, and A speech translator, none of them give me FC. I'm on Mb 526 I don't knowif that makes any difference... Hope i can be helpful.
P.S.- Today I was unable to respond to an incoming call, the touch screen is working because i was able to go with the circle on the green tab for responding but no reaction.
Hope I was explaining good, the error i encounter it was only for one time, after rebooting the device the next call i was able to response to it...

Thanks fot the info. If you get the same error report it, i think it could be a problem with the app, it that case i can port another version from another quarx build.

After the Update to 3.3 there is no chance get a working Whatsapp

I always get the message that no tablets are supported......

Hi mato, is it possible to integrate a call recording option in the default phone app? Nvr seen in any quarx's builds but would be nice if included like in miui.

But the absence of this small feature doesn't make a big difference. My mediaserver problem also vanished after clean install. Found that viber was the culprit. Now fully enjoying the Sony experience. :thumbup:

Edit : came across the play store fc. Still coming after cache and dalvik cleaning. Getting fc after installing or uninstalling any app.

Also getting system fc randomly but not many times. l'll observe from now and report if it is repeating.

*I personally feel that it'd be better if volume of action sounds (that come when we click on screen or some app) is linked with media volume instead of the phone ringtone volume. What do others think?

Host your ROMs

Hey YAFU uses this service i guess. You can use the same to host your ROMs on it https://mega.co.nz

As long as you do not close the browser tab, up- and downloads will resume automatically after e.g. a network interruption or your device having entered standby/sleep mode. Please note that the servers automatically discard incomplete uploads after 48 hours of inactivity.

one small bug till now ... at security, any type of security I may chose when unclocking the phone the slider type is still present... meaning ... I had chosen the pattern type, when I unlock the phone I get a slider type and after that the chosen pattern type ....

Sorry, no bug at all, the "Show widgets before unlock" was enabled ...
Google Play works fine, just like the rest of the apps and the ROM.

I have tried all your builds since 1.0 to 3.3 & I can say that 2.5 is the best one!!
Current Build (3.3) is little bit laggy, some times phone freezes, widgets (clock with circle ) are not visible in full, When ever I changed theme it gives FC's. In the Dark theme only phone apk colour has been changed (dark one) no change in sms & contact apps have been done yet.
I really appreciate your hardwork & constant updated rom in a short time..

The play store fc is still there mato. Hopefully it'll disappear in the next build.

Reg. call recording, I used it in miui pikachu edition. Could just be an additional feature if possible. I don't think it's that essential.

Didn't get system fc since then. No freezing too. Mediaserver issue is coming now and then and eating up my battery but almost got rid of it using 'greenify' app.

Defy Red Lens, using a SBF for DEFY+. Rom ver. 3.3, using greenify+ Push Notifications fixer+ Battery Widget Reborn...i get the best battery life: 1 day 15hs 52min with normal use, 70% left. 1% every 1 Hour 20 min. No Facebook app. HWA settings untouched. System FC every reboot, no harm done. This is by far the best rom for normal use defy. Ty for this nice job.

Minutes ago I've installed CrossBreeder_2.27.13.zip from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2113150& and I got Google play fc's ... so it might be because of the crossbreeder?

For the dark themed sms app, select the "Use dark theme" in the sms settings, although it won't be all dark at all, just a dark grey top and bottom line; and the same thing is at "People" (contact) app, but if I view the contacts within the "Phone" app ... it's all dark .

Walkman Visualizer hangs

The walkman visualizer hung my mobile and kept on playing music. I had to remove the battery and switch the mobile on. And the 4.2 clock keeps on saying clock crashed. Any fix for this ?

I have placed a small music file on my sd card which I want to make my ringtone.

However, when I go to settings -> Sound -> Phone ringtone..I get to see only the default ringtones available.

Create a folder on Sdcard named "ringtones" and copy the desired ringtone there. Then You could select it from sound->ringtones
