actually I didn't get it

if I switch on and off , it doesn't work

I mean don't change anything in the rom.

What do you want to turn off?

Homescreen rotation? (it's enabled in the launcher)
Lockscreen rotation? (it's enabled in the framework-res)

I have no problem with mine.
If you can't turn off the Lockscreen rotation then you have one other framework-res and not mine.

Check your framework-res.apk in the rom system/framework it must be 11 mb. If it is bigger then it's wrong.

But if I misunderstood something this Rom has launcher and locksreen rotation and they works together.
If you turn the rotation off then no more lockscreen or homescreen rotation.
If you turn it on then rotates both.

No problem.

A lot of work to do and I'm happy with my xxlsz.
So, I don't think so..

Anyway I did a 70% transparency AccuWeather widget, but for me looks ugly.
Already have wake-up command on lockscreen... in v1.3..

and Xposed to run Play apps on your favorite Density, or auto hide the status bar in the launcher or in youtube...
set rotation, or orientation as you wish...
Xposed is amazing!

If the launcher without wallpaper scrolling uploaded, I let you know.

(4 hours of sleep a day)..

The main difference with this approach is to have more real-estate as its the main purpose of changing dpi.
If you compare at the 240dpi modded video player and the same app with xposed dpi of 320 you can see...

Most of the apps dont look good on 240dpi, they are not properly aligned, the same case is with Xposed, you can set your app in 240dpi but it does not necessarily mean that it will look good

that's what tkari4 did perfectly, for me the best part is tw launcher which looks perfect in landscape and portrait mode, other apps I usualy use in 320dpi, but cant wait to came home and flash this
