BurtROMxxLT5 is a minimalist, bare-bones ROM based on XXLT5 with various fixes.

This ROM is NOT for casual, inexperienced users. This is a clean, stock-like ENGLISH ONLY offering meant for those who prefer to install their own apps. If you are new to Android or have just started flashing, you will probably not like this ROM. You have been warned

I've removed what I consider bloatware and most of the Samsung apps. The default language is English. THERE ARE NO CSCs INCLUDED. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHANGE THE SALES CODE.

... and that's pretty much it. You will not find Social apps, S Voice, Maps, wallpapers, other keyboards, AROMA installer, etc.

Yep. I get great download speeds but the other way is dismal. I will have to see about a fast mirror and/or torrent.

cool thanks, that's really help. As i found that JB are quite battery draining OS. Even though i've uninstall lotsa unused apps.... so might wanna give this a try.

Tried to install but hangs on samsung logo

Test 01
Did full wipe and format data/system/preload from philz kernel

Test 02
Did full wipe and format data/system/preload from hydracore 4.3b kernel

But no luck stuck at samsung bootlogo

Any advice?

Check the integrity of the Zip file. Try opening it with Windows explorer or testing it with 7zip

Also. It can take 5 minutes or so to get past the bootlogo
